The Law Office of Kennington Groff is a purely transactional law firm working with people in the entertainment industry, small and online businesses, and people seeking protection for their intellectual property. Whether you are looking to have a contract drafted for your specific project, a contract reviewed that you have been offered, or an agreement negotiated, we cover a myriad of issues to ensure you get the proper legal advice to protect you and secure your rights.

1. DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we require a retainer payment in advance of services. In the event you have to cancel your services early, a refund will be issued for any portion of the retainer not used.

2. HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

We accept payment online. An invoice will be sent to you once a personalized quote has been finalized. Steps for payment are found on the invoice.

3. DO YOU FILE LAWSUITS?

No, we do not file lawsuits, but we can assist with pre-litigation disputes. In the event litigation is needed we can refer you to another firm.

4. DO YOU SPEAK TO STUDENTS AND/OR OTHER PROFESSIONALS ABOUT YOUR CAREER?
